Remove the tonner and reinstall it, check the papers parth with a torch as the tiny bit of paper will cause a jam. Check for obstructions.

I would say that the paper when pulled out damaged a compont or surface on the printer. Go through the manual, you may need to clear the memory. Also try only one sheet in the printer tray. Try turning the printer off and disconnect the Power cord from the printer and the USB connection. Then hold down the power button for 15 seconds. All while the printer is disconnected and offf. Then reconnect and try printing again.

Thanks but it's still not working.
It may need repair from a printer technician. Try installing the drivers again. damnor01
Thanks but still no luck. It starts to work and then stops--the second from the top light comes on and it quits.
So it doesn't print any-thing on the page!
Is it time to replace the toner?
You could take it to a printer shop and tell them you may need a new toner but you are not sure, if they would try a new one and see if it works. Ask them, it may very well be the problem, try and get it done for free though as the problem may be due to some-thing else!
Thanks

Also let it heat up a bit, turn it on and leave it for 20minutes to warm up. Have you been able to clear the memory? Is there a reset or cancel button on the unit? Ensure the door is fully locked and pushed down!
Take care!
