WHAT IF I PULL THE MEMORY OUT REMOVE THE HARD DRIVE AND THEN PUT POWER TO THE LAPTOP THEN SHORT OUT THE MOTHER BOARD I KNOW THAT SOUNDS REALLY STUPID BUT WOULD IT WORK PLEASE GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK

The BIOS password is stored in CMOS memory that is maintained while the PC is powered off by a small battery, which is attached to the motherboard. If you remove this battery, all CMOS information (including the BIOS password) will be lost. You will need to re-enter the correct CMOS setup information to use the machine.
Or you can try using a Backdoor BIOS password, these passwords are typically used for testing and maintenance. Manufacturers typically change the backdoor BIOS passwords from time to time.For Toshiba, you can try using Toshiba as the password. I hope that helps.

Change your boot order in the BIOS.

1. Turn on computer by Holding down power button while pressing the ESC key.
The machine will beep, then display:
Check System, then press [F1] key.
2. Release ESC key
3. Press F1 key
