1,Check your Ram (Whether it is working or not) 2,Clean your Ram slot by a brush(Remove dust) 3,Rub your Ram golden contact by a rubber gently. 4,Try to go to bios menu and restore to default 5,Check CMOS battery and power supply(SMPS) with spare one 6,If these fixes are not working try replace motherboard

Usually once you open your computer you can hear a beep sound if their is no beep sound means something wrong with your computer.

shout down your sysem ,and remove ram in ram slot clen dust replase it ,and remove proseser fan and open the prosessor in posesor slot clen the dust one more time completly clen the dust in cpu, now insert the ram in ram slot and insert prosessor in prosesor slot and lock it insert the prosesorfan also ,now power on your system
are you using an expanded vifeo card? if you are using the, temporarily remove this then use the onboard video card. because the problem is in your video card. if the onboard functioned then try to install other video card
