When i turn it on a blue screen pops up with a box that says enter password i dont know what the password is? Please help

This is the BIOS password. The only ones that can remove the password are the techs from the dealer - all the Toshiba laptops are designed this way. You will have to take it to a dealer.

Some Toshiba's can be convinced to bypass the startup BIOS password if you hold down the <LEFT-SHIFT> key while booting the system.

what you need to do is pull both the laptop battery as well as the cmos battery. in some instances, the battery can be pulled, but on other models, i have seen the battery as an actual physical part on the motherboard or somewhere where it is not easily accessible, in which case you need to clear the cmos by using a jumper on the motherboard, since it is a laptop, they are all different. you may need to see if you can locate a copy of the motherboards schematics and go from there.
