If you really want to download nero for free, then you need to have a torrent downloader like UTorrent. just type "uTorrent download" in the search bar (google) then install. Go to fulldls.com and search for "nero " in the search bar. look for the torrent with bigger seeds and leechers. download and open with Utorrent.
