Question about Electrical Supplies
We are having problems with our Landa in Afgahinistan and need to have a wiring diagram to fix it but can not get one offline if you could please help
SOURCE: I have A LANDA PRESSURE
Because the ZG series uses a bolt on unloader it is a little difficult to properly test your machine. What you will need to do is completely remove the unloader valve and then hook your garden hose directly to the inlet of the pump (the 1/2" port on the bottom of the head). You then need to hook your high pressure hose to the outlet port (the 3/8" port on the top of the head). What you have done is bypassed the safety relief valve on the pump. Now you need to tie open the trigger on your trigger gun so that it can not shut. If it shuts while the machine is running you will damage your pump. Now fire up the machine. Let it run for a few seconds then shut it off.
If you had full pressure during this test you have a failed unloader valve and will need to replace it. If you did not your problem lies inside the pump and you will need to rebuild it. On a ZG you can expect the unloader to cost around $100 and the pump rebuild parts to be around $150. "Protector Valve" could mean several different things. There is "pop-off" safety pressure relief valve and there is a "Thermal Relief Valve". Your pump could be protected with both, or only one of these. A pic would nail it down quickly.

If you can provide the full model and serial from the model tag on the machine I would be happy to send you a wiring diagram. The model tag is normally located on either the frame of the equipment or on the side of the electrical panel. Depending you your model it should look something like the following.
Model: PGHW5-35324ESerial: P0108-890345
