- My phone is locked and I don't know the messed up password. I tried calling AT&T but they gave me a PUK code which I can't enter because the phone never gets to the place to put it in. It just gets to the 'enter 1a2b3c' page and then I have to start over with entering passwords. ugh!I found an answer to unlock on the ATT forums but it wipes the phone.
