My ipod touch was desactivated

so you have used the ipod combination so no one els can use it unless they put the code in?

well first when you plug your ipod in your computer look in My Computer and look for your ipod, it should show up as a hard drive or removable media or something, if it comes up in there right click it and click Format... then click start.. "THIS WILL DELETE EVERY THING ON YOUR IPOD" make sure itunes isnt running. if it doesnt come up try uninstalling itunes then restarting your computer and pluging your ipod back in..
