Firstly go into your control panel then click on Clock,Language and region next click region and language then click format a list should come up then select the language you want

-> Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Select Switch to Classic Menu [ it will appear at Top Right] -> Select Regional Option [ it has a Glob Logo ] -> another window will pop up then select English [ United states ]
go to start, click control pannel, select language and inputs, then click region and language, click administrative tab and then click "Change system locale". Previosly it is set to emirates or arabic, change it to english (US) or some other country. Apply and return back, RESTART, it will be setup to english

check your region and language; try setting it for a country that speaks English and then take a look, make sure the interface is installed in English, the drivers could be in any language but I do not think this has nothing to do with the interface.
Go to Start-->control Panel--->Regional and Language Options--->select arabic in the drop down for language. also goto the advanced tab and select arabic there.
reset the phone.. master reset.. on start up, it will ask a long message with "ACCEPT" and "REJECT" as choices. In that if u click "REJECT", it will install the interface in English. If you choose "ACCEPT", it will install in Arabic. --Vidya, India--
Open the imate 9502, then click on windows which is the start menu, go to settings, click on the system tab, then click on Multilingual Support (its an icon which has an arabic letter on it), click the third tab which is control and below the check box their are two bars click on the first bar and choose english with arabic support. then exit to the main screen. And close the phone and re-open it again and everything will turn out to be in english. enjoy.
