Plug your mp4 player to computer with USB cable

locate your Video folder on laptop, for instance, on WIN7, they are located in "libraries"

when you locate the files you want to transfer, just right click and select "send to",

the player should be listed as a drive.

when it shows, select the "Video" folder on player and left click to select.

the file should start to transfer.

Do this with each folder or select all you want at once.

warning..it may take a while for a large group to transfer.

Good luck

I have a Transcend MP850. I transferred some MP3 songs to it from my laptop but its showing 'Not Supported' while out of those selected songs, 2 of them were being played?

Question edited for clarity.

That player will only play these formats

Music Formats: MP3 WMA and WMA-DRM10 (Subscription
music)

Guessing whatever was on the laptop was not the right format.
