Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How do i erase all music from my sansa m260

Connect the player to your computer in the mode that allows you to view the files in Windows Explorer (like it's a drive). Right click on the drive, and choose "Search...". Enter *.mp3;*.wma;*.ogg - basically list every file type you've used, separated by ";" characters, and hit "search". You should see every sound file listed in the search pane. You might like to scroll through the list to double check that you want to do this... ! Press -A to select all the files, and press the delete key.

When i plug my M260 into my PC, it does not list any of the music already on my player, but the music is still there. There is no MUSIC folder showing in my file folders

Is the music folder hidden? If not, sounds like the File Allocation Table might be damaged. Connect the player to your PC with the usb cable and run a scandisk.

My Sansa Sandisk m260 doesnt work

Manda35 is correct. It was a botched update and the only way around it is to do a full format of the flash memory in the player and then reinstall the software and then retransfer the music.
