Another person on here has helped me alot but when it comes to the last part of my problem, they cannot help and said that I need an expert. My problem is that my printer, hooked up to my Macbook, is not printing, but instead is drawing in paper and then spitting it right back out again. My previous helper said that i have the wrong driver, even though the one I have came off of the CD from the box the printer came in. They said that they have heard of drivers that go bad and I might have to download another from HP's website. However, that did not work, and they said that I would probably have to delete the driver I have, and I don't know anything!!!!!!! They recommended an expert, so please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely sorry to hear that, but I don't think you know exactly how this site works. When you send in a question, it gets put up for grabs in an ever-growing list. Any expert could select your question and answer it, from a 50-year old veteran to and 18-year old rookie like myself. I can tell you that you are not talking to the same person you talked to last time, as there are THOUSANDS of experts, and we are not officially affiliated with this company. If you want this problem resolved, i recommend you go to the help center, and do not post any credit card info in the same manner you just did. As i said, thousands of people can see your info. I am sure that if you ask your son, he can help you contact the sites billing center. I am sorry to say that i cannot legally help you any further than that, as I do not have the authorization to bill you for anything. Once again, contact the site, don't ask a question. I hope that you figure this out eventually, and if you need help again, i will be glad to assist you, just select reply under my post.
