Question about Audio Players & Recorders
The system is 3 years old and in great shape. Was working great, as usual, up to 5 minutes ago. All of a sudden a mile crackle sound is coming through both the left and right speaker? Up to that point everything was great. I checked speaker connections in both the base and the wall units. The only thing I think of is perhaps some of the wires in the back of the unit (Bose 123 box, cable box, HDTV unit) are interrupting each other by simply touching? I don't know if this is possible but this is my theory as I did push the stand back which all the units are housed in and all the wires are behind the stand on top of each other. Is this a possiblility?
If the wires are bare on some parts and touch eachother that will most likely be the cause.
