The MV-P162U is a stereo mic designed to plug into a JVC professional camcorder. dates from the 1990's and was very expensive. If the 6 pin plug has not been cut off, and you can get a socket to fit, then going clockwise around pins (or wiring side of socket) from the locator.

suggest a small breakout box. tested it with a 9v battery - the drain is 14ma. could run from 12v via a 285 ohm (approx) resistor with a 47uf cap across the mic supply.
Since writing the above - which was determined by seeing the wiring inside a JVC camcorder, I have found that the mic has unbalanced outputs. This means that XLR outputs are not really appropriate and the phase negative connections on pins 5&6 aboveare just grounded. A breakout box could therefore be made with single TRS stereo jack for the output.jackt
The output impedance is quite low - it comes from a source follower FET via a capacitor

SOURCE: I need to create or
Usually the best option is to get one if it is available for sale. But always xlr adapters are universal regardless of the make of the device. All you have to do is go to the stereo shop close to you with a sample of the previous one and tell them you need one mostly they stock such things.
If on the other hand you are not in such a hurry you can order a replacement on ebay.com or amazon.com usually they stock such items and they come with top notch quality.
Creating it would also go trough the same procedure as you have to purchase the components to make it and these components still have to be gotten from the previous sources mentioned.
hope this solution has been helpful?
