If u r trying to say you cant open the tray....depending on which 360 you have (there r a few different drives microsft uses for the 360) if u take the face plate off, look for a hole close to the trey, take a paper clip and push in the hole and it will eject the trey without having to power up the console. (pc's use this same technique,look at your pc trey to get the idea)
