Your memory card may think it's full if you've been deleting pics from it when it's in your PC and not in the camera.
If you've offloaded all the pics you want to from your memory card, put
it back in your camera and "reformat" the card - there should be
instructions how to do this in your camera manual. (If you've misplaced
your manual you can likely find an online version on the website of your
camera manufacturer). Hopefully this will fix your problem.
From now on, (even if you have to buy a new memory card), don't do any
editing or deleting of pics directly on the memory media while it is in
your PC (or Mac). Offload your pics to a file of their own on the PC
(you can edit pics from that file). Then put the memory card back into
the camera, verify that you did indeed successfully offload the pics to
the PC (with the media card out of the PC), then delete the pics from
the card while it's in the camera.
Reformat the memory card periodically (in the camera) after you've
offloaded your pics (reformatting will erase all pics so you've gotta be
sure you captured them elsewhere) to maintain the 'health' & full
functionality of your memory card.
thanks.
