Either your phone came with a USB cable that you can connect to your computer to transfer photos (if so, manual for phone should detail procedure for this), or you can email photos from your phone to yourself, and then open your email on your computer and download the attachment photos and save them.
Here's how you download the pictures if your cell phone provider has disabled USB Mass Storage Mode.
With Windows XP, connect the phone to your computer using a USB cable, then in the phone open the menu, go to Tools, USB Mode, and select "Print" - wait a while, then your computer should detect the phone and ask you if you want to use scanner and camera wizard. You may not be able to preview the pictures with the wizard, but you will be able to download them.
Could you tell me if you mean to download new pictures or just copy the pictures that have in your cellular phone?
If you just need to transfer the pictures in you cellular phone to your computer, you just need to connect your cellular phone with your computer by the USB cable, after your cellular phone be recognized by the computer, you can start to copy the pictures.Find the disk of your cellular phone in the computer and choose the folder that you have store your pictures in,may be the "Photos" folder. Then press the right button of the mouse and choose the "send to" option and find the disk of your cellular phone.

Sorry they do not have a descriptive site that is a little more useful. But if you go to the drop down box and choose your model phone it should tell you a little bit more about the program. It will let you download/upload unlimited ringtones as well.
Also, if you have a data/email plan on your phone you can also email the photos to yourself. Of course if the plan is not unlimited this could get pricey (so it is probably better to just pay the one time charge for the software).
Hope everything works out for you without too much trouble.
