Problem for Siemens SpeedStream Modem (4100) (SS4100)
Playstation 3 online not working properly
This is pretty odd, sometimes when I try and connect to my playstation 3 and play games online it works, sometimes it doesn't. Most recently not working.
I called up the playstation 3 support line and they said it has something to do with my firewall in the modem and I need to open TCP and UDP ports.
They said call siemens but when I call their customer care service all I get is a repeating message about some wireless phone.
So, how do I open those ports or disable the firewall?

Dear At@T internet;
My internet don't work right the way it should, i call repair services 1800 246 8464 they try to help me on the phone but still not my line have been down, the DSL line turn on red, I mean i can't have my internet run 24/24/ sometime work sometime not, and i have a hard time with my internet since got from At@t internet services.. I need the technical to come my places and check is out my phone 817 946-9475 thanks what can i do in order to keep my computer work without intrrupt...
