Question about Intertherm Air Conditioners

Open Question

I have purchased a 2004 Sivercrest Manufactured Home. The water heater is an Intertherm Model IN140NHMT2 Serial HO4133796. The water temperature seems to be very hot. I have changed the temperature control knob from the setting of B down to HOT. It has not made that big of a difference. Is on od the other settings a lower temperature? The Temperature Control Knob has the settings of VERY HOT/C/B/A/HOT.

SOURCE: unable to change the blower

the air will not blow through windscreen vents but is blowing through every where else. makes no difference when changing the direction of the knob to the windscreen only. you can hear the air blowing but nothing comes through?

SOURCE: Temperature lowering problem.................

Are you referring to 16 degrees and 34 degrees?
If you are, it is not possible to lower the setting to 16 degrees, 32 degreees is freezing, so the evaperator coil would start to freeze up, and as the ice spreads across the coil............... Air can not flow through ice, so the air will stop blowing, till you shut the system down for a couple of hours, to allow the ice to melt.
This is the reason why these units are set with min. temp settings.
I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Paul Gibson

SOURCE: I have an LG AC and the lowest temperature setting is 60 degrees

Lowering the temperature setting doesn't change the temperature of the air coming out of the unit it just lets it run until the room temperature gets colder. Check the temp of the air coming out of the unit. If it isn't as cold as it used to be the charge could be low. First though you should make sure the filters are clean and the coils. You should also check the actual room temp. It's also possible the unit doesn't have enough capacity to keep up with the cooling load of the room.

I HAVE A MODEL UFG-101AG-4 SERIAL # 800H2 INTERTHERM FORCED AIR FURNACE FOR MOBILE HOME OR TRAVEL TRAILER THAT I DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH IT?

OK. Let me answer you, even if honestly I don't have any idea about an INTERTHERM FORCED AIR FURNACE. To get any answer, to a problem, you should describe your problem. Just telling that you don't know what's wrong with it is simply no enough information, even for a star expert in your INTERTHERM FORCED AIR FURNACE.

I was curious as to when my Rheem 40 gallon electric water heater was purchased and installed. I fear it may be on it's last legs. The serial number is RH0198BO4391. Model # is 71-40D B. It is the...

I think that your water heater was made in 1991 so it would be 20 years old. This is not uncommon for a electric heater but you are probably right about it being on it's last legs. The good news is that a electric water heater for use in a manufactured home is no different then other building types so they are not more expensive. Gas water heaters for manufactured homes cost anywhere between 150.00-200.00 more than standard. Thank you.

I have a Intertherm Heat Pump system in my Manufactured Home, Model # E2EB-015HB; Serial # E2E0121006692. Condensation is forming on the Coils and the water fills up the area under the coils, drips down...

There is a drip pan bit the middle is open to allow air flow through the coil and into your ducting. If the drain for the drip pan is clogged it will fill up and overflow onto your furnace and then to the floor. If that is what is happening then clean out the drain tube running down the front of the furnace and it should empty the drip pan and solve your problem.

You also need to have your furnace checked for water damage in the electrical components, if these have gotten wet then you run the risk of a fire. Please consider calling an expert in your area to inspect your furnace and make sure the drain line is clear.

I NEED A FILTER FOR MY 1991 HOBILE HOME FURNACE IT IS A INTERTHERM MODEL FEH-015HA-04 NOROYNE SERIAL FEH 9105-00229

Best things to do is find your Return grill in the home.
Get a measuring tape and measure the Hole size with the grill removed, Or filterback grill whatever the case.
Then simply go to a home retailer with the size, or in rare cases you may want to consider a Hogs hair washable filter that can be cut to size, to fit it perfectly.

I have a Intertherm heating and air conditioner it is a Manufactured Home. The furnace model number is E2EB-017HA. When you flip the switch to heat and move the control arm up nothing happens. You can go...

When you turn the on/off switch to on you are turning on the "fan switch" and the blower motor is only coming on. When you turn the switch to cool and move the tempature control lever down you are turning on the air conditioner...So it sounds like your heater is not working. Is the heater electronic ignition or does it have a pilot? If it has a pilot the heater may not be working because the pilot is out and will need to be lit. If it is electronic ignition you will need to inspect the unit to determine what component is faulty. Could be the igniter, gas control valve, ect. Verify that gas is not shut off to unit at line valve and gas control valve on unit.

Condensation leaking out of unit

if it is the indoor unit leaking, make sure that all your drain lines are clear.... if you're talking about the outdoor unit leaking water in the heat cycle...that is normal.
