My mother has an Ampia Pasta Maker Model 110 Tipo Lusso. She's missing the hand crank. Where can I find one? She's extremely anxious to use it but we can't find the handle. Can you help?

Go to the manufacturers web site and see if they list some sort of "down loads". If not google it by model number followed by the word manual & see what you get. You may need to pay for one if the manf. website doesn't support the product any more.

You are probably missing or have a bad cog in the setting gears.

Most can be removed by gently inserting a screwdrive under the edge and popping off. If it does not pop off easily, do not force it and have an expert do it.

These clamps can be bought 2 ways, look for pasta machine clamp or craft clay roller clamp on eBay. The clay roller entire machine set is much cheaper than the pasta machine, but they have the same clamp.

Have you tried going to the manufacturer's website? I have this pasta maker on my website and you might try one of the links. But you will probably have to get a new machine. You could also go to your hardware store. They might have a clamp that you could use. Good luck.

All the models of raviolis makers are not graduate identically...So I have the Kitchenaid ravioli maker and the #1 is the larger and the # 8 is the thiner. For the raviolis the best thickness is the #5 or 6 and all is perfect for me and delicious. Also here is what Kichenaid suggest for the thickness of the dough: If you do not own a KitchenAid Pasta
Sheet Roller, pasta sheets can be prepared
by hand. Pasta sheets should be rolled out
