Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
If the printer that you have is installed through a usb cable then you have to turn the hpcuedevicediscovery. To turn it off click on start and then click on run. under run type in there services.msc and under the services look for hpcuedevicediscovery and then right click on it. select properties. under startup type select disable and click on stop. click on apply and then ok. restart your computer.
