Most Cisco phones have a headset port where you can connect a headset using a special direct connect cable. This allows you to use your headset without touching the handset (receiver). However, when using an amplifier and headset combination, like the S11, you will need to connect through the HANDSET port. You disconnect the handset cable from the phone, connect the S11 cable into that port and connect the handset cable into the back of the S11 amplifier. Be sure to follow the illustrations on the back of the amplifier when connecting the cables. Also, adjust the configuration slide on the left of the amplifier for the best possible dial tone. Remember that in order to access a call or make a call, you will have to lift the handset off the phone and set it aside (switch hook needs to be activated). Good Luck from Headsets Direct!

Well, I got the same problem the days before, and after some trying, I've solved.
I'm using the Toshiba bluetooth adapter, too. You see, when you want to make a new connection with your bluetooth device, you may either use the Express Mode or the Custom Mode. Go with the Custom Mode, then, there appears the Jabra BT620. After input the 0000 code, you may select the services from 3 options. There, you can find the headset or hands-free option.
Go with that, than you may have your Jabra BT620 as a microphone!
James, plug the phone cord that comes out of the back of the CS55 base into the handset port of the Cisco phone, not the headset port. Then plug the coily cord from the cisco receiver into the front of the CS55. Don't use the "Headset" button on your Cisco phone, just lift the receiver off.
either the headset is not supported by Vista, or you need to right click on both speaker icons, normally coloured red and black and in the properties you need to see if your headset is listed as one of the microphone input devices, if you need to make the Logitech headset the default mic and not the windows generic mic.
If you do not see it in the properties then it may not be recognised by Vista.
