Today i buy a new 5.1 creative vx sound card for my creative 5.1 sbs 580 speakers but what happened the speakers are not made any sound since the green light is turned on but not a single sound is coming . i check the connection which is also correct only according to manual...and more over i check the sound card which is also i put put into correct slot in mother board and i also the install the cd but no use... please tell me the salvation .....please...

u can download them from www.creative.com or search in google for creative speakers. then click the first link and in that go to supprt and drivers , in that choose ur model.

Easy fix that creative does NOT want known go to rat shack or Best buy pick up a simple 3.5 stereo to stereo cable and connect grey to grey and you are up and running

Hi Arun!

Try to plug your speakers to an iPod or any MP3 Player to check if there's sound. If there is sound, then try plugging it to the green port at the back of your speakers.

If it doesn't have sounds then you need to buy a new speaker system.
