Once you recover the account. Setup Login Approvals. That will send a special code to your cell phone every time someone tries to access your account from an unrecognized device. Without that special code, they can't access your account.

I don't use MSN anymore and i highly recommend using http://gmail.com and setting up the 2-step verification system.

Facebook uses HTTP to communicate over the Internet, assuming you can access other websites on the same computer then it cannot be your router blocking Facebook unless someone has specifically blocked it.
This might happen if you are at a place of work, school etc. To test this use a proxy server to bypass any blocking. To do this is simple, simply visit this website: http://hidemyass.com/ , scroll down to the text box which by default says "http://google.com" change this to "https://facebook.com" and try to log into your account. Rest assured you information is safe as I have directed you to the secure log in page denoted by the "https://".
If this works in future you may try to log into Facebook using this link https://facebook.com, because this is a secure connection it cannot be blocked as easily. If it fails go back to the proxy site.
