on your blackberry go in main menu- options- advance options- default services. if you have enterprise mail account setup with personal mail account, it can be the case that at the moment it is showing as desktop services but when you are in there click on main menu and change options to other mailbox which is in your case personal mail account.
that way in inbox you will receive both emails and you can see all together.
but as far as i know, I haven't setup personal account on my blackberry but i believe within main menu you get created another icon like mobile mailbox and where your personal mailbox emails are coming in. if option one doesn't work then please try to look for this new created icon within main menu.
update me if none of them are working or any other problem.

this isn't a solution. i am having the EXACT same problem. nothing is working. it shuts off for no reason. i didn't touch anything. and it keeps typing "25252525252525252525525" or "ededededededededed" by itself, even though i didn't have any water damage. i cannot click the trackball either but it moves. and i have restarted it so many times, but it still won't work. i also need help.

Hi, The screen of a BlackBerry Storm smartphone appears to be easily scratched or has air bubbles.So the BlackBerry Storm smartphone does not respond consistently to finger touches or slides.
This issue could be because one of the following reasons:
1) The clear plastic screen overlay that is placed on the BlackBerry Storm smartphone during the manufacturing process to protect the screen during shipping has not been removed.
2) A purchased plastic screen protector has been placed onto the BlackBerry Storm smartphone.
