I cant download Apple iPhone Apps. It asks me for username/password, but when i enter it, it says invalid and that i need to sync up with iTunes.

Best Solution
The user name and password that is asked for is the same one you set up in itunes when you appled for an account.. the user name is the e-mail address you used for the account and the password you associated with it so if you have not done so set up an account with itunes first.
If you have already got said account then double check to make sure you are entering the correct password the e-mail you used should be already visible in the dialogue box that has popped up asking for the password

Use Apple iTunes store password. If you forgot it reset it at iTunes. Also Pay attention to CAPs
