Question about Logitech Wheel Mouse Optical

Open Question

Intermittent Battery on Logitech Optical cordless mouse model RAF95. This mouse is part of a set of cordless keyboard and mouse, so I really want to fix this mouse problem. I often get a low battery indicator, followed by non-operation. If I remove and put the batteries back in again, the mouse works for a while. I tried new batteries, but the problem continues. Any suggestions? Can I buy a replacement mouse?

SOURCE: logitech cordless mouse and keyboard installation

You probably already done this but try pressing the receiver button and while it is flashing turn the board over and press the small reset/connect button on the bottom of the board and also the reset/connect button on the bottom of the mouse. It should work okay after that. here is hoping that helps. Bud

SOURCE: Unable to connect Logitech cordless keyboard

Of course you know to press the connection button on the receiver then on the keyboard. Since setPoint is recognizing the connection I wonder do the multimedia and function keys work? Do you have the the USB receiver for the KB/Mouse plugged into a hub or KVM switch? If so plug it directly into the back of the PC. See this KB

SOURCE: I need a driver for the logitech M-RM67A cordless optical mouse

Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;} Ideally you need Mouseware v9.79.3. that’s what came on the CD for my RM67A. I have a M-RM67A transmitter. The date on the actual driver for Logitech is 7/11/2003, v9.79.0.0 (as seen in Device Manager)
If you search for mouse M-RM63 on the Logitech web site, you can download v9.79.1. That may be good enough. Another mouse may have v9.79.3.

For years my RM67A did not seem to work. So I followed these instructions, and it works now.

If you are still stuck, reply here and I’ll find some way to get you my driver.
