Here's the owners manual; I don't think they ever produced a _repair_ manual for outside consumption. They want you to buy new hardware, not make what you've got last forever. 5-10 years, fine, but not forever.

Beyond that, there are several things that can cause the ozone (O3) production to stop.

1) Missing or damaged plasma discharge plates.
2) Safety cut-out switch not engaged by lint screen.
3) Damaged high-voltage wiring.
4) Damaged high-voltage controls or electronics.

I'd need more details to go beyond this. Let me know.
