I have a Samsung Ace SPH-i325 of Sprint networks. It had Windows Mobile 6.0 . To enable GPS functionality of this phone Sprint has released an update, which updates the mobile to Windows 6.1 with GPS. I downloaded the firmware update from "https://www.samsungmobileusa.com/i325/upgrade/" (without quotes). But the update process got stuck half way due to some reason. Then I tried switching on my phone, but it only displays a splash screen with Samsung and www.samsungmobile.com. I tried to hard reset this phone, but there to it gets stuck with the same screen telling me it is in "Clean Boot" mode. Even after an hour it's still stuck in the same screen. Can anyone give me the link to download this phone's firmware / flash files with the steps and procedures so that it's up and running again. Help will be much appreciated.

Http://shop2.sprint.com/en/services/service_repair/index.shtml This link may helpful. I also think Sprint still has walk in service centers that would be able to do a hands on repair or software fix.

You might try customer care. Sorry, I had no way of knowing you were not in USA. I am baffled that Sprint offers so little support outside our country. As a customer and rate payer, you have the right to call Sprint and refuse to pay any call charges until they can give you some other way to replace or repair your handset.

How to send pictures

You have to send pictures through the Sprint Picture Mail website using the browser on the Ace. Sprint disabled MMS (multimedia messaging) on their smartphones running Windows Mobile. No idea why they did that though.

Samsung Ace reprogram MSL

just call up sprint and say you want to try to reprogram your phone and reset the network on it to see if that will help with internet speeds, they will think your stupid but they will definetly re re-program your phone. Off the top of my head i dont remember the msl for the ace but if that phone isnt a recondition model, (check by hitting ##RTN# or ##786#) if so the MSID and MDN will be your phone number
