Question about Televison & Video
Please explain how changing the CRT cooling fluid will make the picture clearer. Is the light sent through the fluid or something such as that???

Yes the coolant sits in a chamber which is attached to the face of the picture tube, and the image has to pass through that coolant. and eventually the coolant gets a algae type growth in it and gets congealed and brown and the resulting picture will get dim and wont focus and colors will be affected and you can even get glowing halos around objects. The green and blue colors are the first affected red takes longer.
