Question about Intel Motherboard
Unplug mains from wall
find CMOS reset jumper (usually 3 pins with a jumper/link on two of them near the button cell battery on the mainboard).
Move jumper to other position, then move jumper back again to original position.
fit lid and connect mains supply and switch on.
If you can go into the BIOS, set Defaults and set the date and time, Then try to boot.
If it has been of for a while and time is wrong when ou next boot it, replace the button cell battery on the mainboard.
