Question about Uniden Cordless Phone
Is this EVERY time? If its a land line, depending on where you live and who the phone co. is , the prob may be in the phone co. central office (CO) switch which is where your dial tone comes from. Its the place where all dial tone is generated for your area generally a 5 - 10 mile radious. Outside of that radious is another CO and so on & so on. well sometimes depending on the type of switch the CO is using it can get bogged down with too many people making calls at one time. and that message will come up until less callers are on at 1 time. Your cordless phone or any phone you have can never make that message happen. I am a technician for the phone co. in my area for the past 11 years so I have a little knowledge on the subject. Sometime phone company customer service reps will tell you anything to get you off the the phone just to make their call quota look good. eventually you'll get someone who cares about your issue and will get a tech out there to help you. hope this helps.
