How do I get a fax confirmation from Canon 340 series all in one? Thanks.

Hi!

To adjust the ringer volume, simply press the left/right arrow buttons, the SF340 must be in standby mode.

Every time you push one of those buttons, the ringer volume will be changed down or up. Volume 0 means no ring.

I think you find the fax log,in the menu of the printer,fax settings.

open both one-touch speed dialing panels--press DATA REGISTRATION >set> press search buttons to display REPORT SETTING >set> search to OUTPUT YES (This will print a report with every transmission, next option will give you the option of whether to print the first page of the document (yes) to remind you of what it contains)

Press adisional funcktion button,select report settings,select TX report set it to "output on"

Then you will be able to receive the report for every fax you sent.

Yes,press usermode go to reports and in RX report switch it to on.

GO TO TX REPORT SETTINGS AND SET OUTPUT 'YES'

user interface =>report settings => fax=>report on tx=>image of tx =>off
