In XP right clcik on Desktop and go to properties. Go to the last tab of the display properties and set the screen resolution to a higher resolution. Make sure you have the latest video drivers installed.
In Vista Right click on the desktop and go to Personalize and change the screen resolution.
Right Click on your desktop. click the properties option. goto the display settings tab. thier you can change the size of "view". either large or small. these instructions will apply for almost any o/s.
you have enabled your magnifier. thats why it happened. you can make it normal after closing maginfier by right clicking the magnifier icon place on your destop or tray where clock exist.
