User manuals can be very tricky to get as various models usually have the same details for devices. Best way to get your user manual is to visit the customer support segment of the manufacturing company of your product website. From there check for your specific product and the user manual is most likely to be available for download free. Normally i would do a search for the product and send you the link but i might end up sending a different link.

Have a Turboair TAS-24H, and when it reaches set temp, the inside unit shuts down, but the condensing unit continues to run. Have to shut the power at the breaker to shut down the compressor.

Could be either a bad thermostat, the wiring from the thermostat to the compressor is damaged or the circuit breaker compressor contacts have fused themselves together. If you know where the compressor contacts are, shut off the power and have a look at the condition of the contacts (if you are not getting any other error codes from the unit) If they look burnt it's time to replace them. I have a suspicion that some contacts can be brought back into service by cleaning up the copper contacts but the common course of action is to replace them.

BROKEN REMOTE

Try the manufacturer they always usually have a spare parts department. You may have to pay for it but better then buying a whole new system. Even send them an email. If it is made overseas then they will have a distributer in your country.

The remote for my Tubo Air TAS-12 doesn't work. Are there batteries inside or do I need new one?

does the remote come on? if not then yes i suggest changing the batteries, some remotes have a slide that covers the buttons pull it down and take it off you should see the batteries when that is removed, or some are at the back, let me know if that helps

When I turn the air conditioner on, the indoor blower runs for about 10 seconds and then stops. After which the red fan symbol on the evaporator section blinks and no condenser. I don't have any fault...

sounds like you may have a shorted capacitor on the fan motor. Hopefully not the motor itself. The capacitor should be in the electrical box and looks like a battery.
