Question about Lexmark C522n Laser Printer
Hi, my printer is acting up. It is a C522 model that is saying "900.43 Service RIP software" on the screen and it sounds like it's constantly running. I've tried turning it off for a couple minutes and turning it back on, but the message keeps returning. I can't find my troubleshooting book so any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated! thanks, Becky
900 Service RIP errors are usually a firmware failure. Upgrade to the latest firmware from Lexmark. This link is for the C52X network model:
