I'm thinking you have a Bad fan. Not circulating air? You should hear the fan running when you open the door.

Ge tfx25jrbb-ww refridgerator not cooling

The first thing to check is if you can hear the fan running inside the freezer. This not only keeps the whole freezer cold it alspo circulates air down to the refrigerator keeping it cool as well.

Bottom freezes over, top won't cool. No circulation of air to top. Freezer freezing over.

This seems to be a refrigerator problem. The circulation fan in the freezer may not be working. Check the fan.

You have a defrost problem. The refrigerator gets cold from air circulated from the freezer coil by a fan.
If the coil has ice on it due to improper defrost, then this air is restricted.

The upper portion of the freezer turns off, causing the ice to melt. And the cooler side bottom drawer turns into a freezer. I can't figure out what's going on.

You have a frost blocked evaporator. Translation: The cooling coils, located behind the back wall inside the freezer section, have plugged up with frost (usually caused by a burnt out defrost heater, located at the bottom of these coils) which prevents the cold air from circulating inside the freezer, and into the top of the fresh foods section. At the same time, this blocked air flow allows very cold air at the bottom of the freezer section to migrate back into the bottom of the fresh foods section, and thus freeze item in the bottom bins of the refrigerator. Unload the freezer, take the shelves out and remove the back panel. Melt the frost with a hair blower, and change out the heater at the bottom.

Make sure that the freezer fan is working and circulating the cold air. Then check the damper assembly to make sure that cold air is being circulated into the refrigerator. And lastly make sure that the self defroster is working - if not the evaporator will freeze up, freezer temps go up, and ice maker will not work if freezer temps are 10 degrees or higher. A digital refrigerator thermometer will confirm freezer temps being high.

Top of freezer not freezing, bottom of fridge is?

Could be the evaporator fan motor is not working. This is what circulates the air from the freezer to the refrigerator section.

Fridge not cold freezer is fine

Your defrost element is faulty, this is attached to the bottom of the freezer coils and also has a defrost limiting thermodisc which should be replaced at the same time. You are getting a freeze up and therefore no air circulation. Also check that the fanmotor is ok.
