Generally such problems are a result of using a screen resolution that is not supported by the game. Try changing screen resolutions by right-mouse-clicking on the windows desktop, selecting "screen resolution" and changing it to something slightly higher. If that doesn't work try something lower.

convert your video to 3 gp or mp4 format by any video converter
while converting set the resolution less than your cell's resolution that is less than 400*240
*best resolution 320*240
use total video converter for best performence
u can also use abc 3 gp converter for easy converting

Normally if you can't change the resolution to a level that is supported by your screen and video card your problem is going to be your drivers. Update your drivers and the situation should resolve.

The resolution controls are on the device that is plugged in on the HDMI cable attached to your ASUS ML238. In other words, if it is a PC or laptop, you will need to go to the resolution settings to find the fitting screen resolution for your monitor.

Simply change the screen resolution.

Right Click on your Desktop
Click Properties
Then go to the Display settings
Select a lower resolution
Your problem will be solved

You need to set the PC resolution to the native resolution of this ACER monitor, which is 1280x1024 @ 60Hz.

check in the device manager, if the device is with the yellow question mark, uninstall the driver and reinstall the driver.

If the monitor is somewhat old and the monitor hardware doesn't support 1024x768 resolution, installing a new driver won't help. You will have to switch to a better monitor.
