Question about Sony Ericsson Cell Phones
I was looking for a phone model :)
however, let me give you a few troubleshooting steps;
1) (this may not work depending on your phone model) take out the battery, and plug in the charger by itself. If the phone turns on and everything, and STAYS on, you have a problem with your battery, but like i said, many phones don't like to turn on without the battery 2) if someone you know has the same phone as you, you can borrow their battery, and see if it solves the problem 3) if you think the battery is a problem, then take it to your service provider's store, and they will replace it for you. If your phone is defective, they can help you with that as well.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
