Question about Adobe Photoshop 6.0 for PC
Sure!! No problem. Basically, when you create a brush the brush is actually done in black and white and greyscale values. Once you create the brush you want you have to go to Edit>Define Brush. It will then give a place to name it. 5.5 was long LONG time ago though. This is mostly how you would do it in newer version but i'm sure it's a similar approach. The location of the items may fall under a different place in the bar at the top but it should be there. You can also go to help within the application and search for create new brush.
