Paypal issued a check from my acct. on 3/29 to Hello Books Squared LLC. It is not 4/11 and I have not yet received my book.

Hello ppapas I was unable to find a Hello Books Squared LLC but I was able to find a Books Squared LLC and what i believe to be the parent company.

If it is in fact Hello Books Squared LLC and not Books Squared LLC - sorry if it doesn't help. But i am finding no references online anywhere of a "Hello Books Squared LLC"
If I were in your situation I would also consider calling PayPal and asking them about the process of not receiving a product you purchased. Perhaps there is a way to reverse the payment if you do not receive your book.

Books you purchase will be listed in your Amazon Kindle library, also known as the Cloud. If you have a touch screen Kindle, on the home page you will see the *Device* and *Cloud* options. Touch the Cloud option and it will display all the books in your Kindle library.

To download a book to your device you must be connected to wi-fi or 3G if your device has that option (Whisper synch). Once connected, all you have to do is touch the book you want to download to your device and it will automatically be downloaded. Most books take well less than a minute do download.

I'm afraid you'll need to contact PayPal customer service to resolve that issue. From what I understand, your cc seems to be attributed to another account, or it has been used in setting up another account. If in serious doubt, it might be wise to have the cc acct replaced by a new one, which would solve the issue for you as a workaround.
You can reach them by phone by logging into your PayPal account and clicking on the 'contact us' link at the bottom of your main account page.
