I moved and when I moved I took the power chord out and when I got to my new place it won't turn on. None of the lights come on, it does not make a noise, or anything. It just seems like it is not getting power. I tried it in different plug ins and other things work in the plug ins that I tried. It worked fine and now I do not know what to do.

Is the new cord/charger/transformer the EXACT same power specs? When your "dog ate your charger", it may have shorted out something in the Laptop? Was it plugged it when your dog ate it?
Try to check the main line and if its ok proceed to the power chord then to transformer or the fuse and you look it they are fine look for a technician to check your tv.Choose a better technician near from your place.

The power wire for the head light before the switch that moves it from high beam to low beam. It probably can be tapped in the head light bucket. You do not want to take power directly from the battery. You need to find a hot source after the voltage regulator or you will boil your capped battery dry or over charge your sealed battery.
connect the printer directly to walloutlet.disconnect the power chord from the back of the printer press the on button on the printer for 10 times.then press the power and cancel button simultaneously and keep holding the buttons while with the other hand disconnect the power chord wait for a minute connect the power chord back to the printer .if that does not work then took out all the cartridges clean the electrical contacts on the cartridges also clean the electrical contacts in the printer then put the cartridges back .if that does not resolve the issue try with new set of cartridges.
Try a new power adapter before you try the other expensive tests and repairs. The adapters are notorium about failing after being used continuously . If you can check the outgoing voltage at the tip where it fits into the DC jack on the laptop would be good. Match the output to the rated voltage needed to peoperly power the laptop.

I can't confirm this without testing the amp directly, but I would suspect bad capacitors in the pre-amp section. Some of them may have dried out a bit over time. Anyone that is familiar with guitar amps should be able to resolve this for you. The other thing to check is the 12AX7A tubes inside. Swap them around and see if the symptom changes. You may also have a bad tube.
