SOURCE: Phone Lock - Samsung SGH-X670

The Phone-Lock is a manually set code, this means that you or the previous owner set this code on the phone to prevent it from being stolen.

Consult the previous owner to get this code.

Second option is to have Samsung remove this code for you, but this option usually costs money.

SIM-lock can be removed by contacting the provider the phone is locked to.

SOURCE: I have a programmable thermostat.

There is a base plate that is screwed to the wall. The face of the thermostat should come off from the base. Usually the batteries can be found back there. Some times a little tug will get it off the wall. Other models have small plastic release clasps that when pushed in will allow the unit to come off.

My airtech elite ceiling fan no longer spins

The switch could be no good.
Motor could be shot or needs oiling as they do dry out sometimes.
Is there power to the fan if not could be a circuit breaker has tripped.
If your fan is hooked up to a light switch on the wall that switch might be turned off. Ive done that before.

How to reprogram remote for liberty fan

It was an add-on remote so it really depends on the receiver. Locate the receiver, probably in the canopy cover at the ceiling, and see if it has 4-5 dip switches. If so, just change the settings by changing one of them, by pushing it up or down. Now, open the battery compartment of your transmitter and match the setting you just did to the receiver. BOTH have to be set on the same frequency.

Hunter Ceiling fan remote is operating all the other ceiling fans as well

Sounds like all the dip switches are set to factory still. Easy enough to fix.
Slide open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control and remove the fan's canopy against the ceiling. Then just change the switch to a different setting but make sure that the remote and fan have the same setting. Repeat this in each room so that all the fans have a different setting to each other.

Hope this makes sense.

Remote quit working for litex ceiling fan

after changing the batteries make sure you didn't change the remote code. If you didn't there should be a reset button inside the battery compartment, it may just look like a small hole. Just use a toothpick and insert it into the hole and lightly depress the reset switch.Replace the battery cover and try using the remote again.

Need to program Hampton Bay Ceiling fan remote control CHO88T7030T, HELP!

Change the battery. This is the first step when troubleshooting a ceiling fan remote. The easiest fix to any remote control problem begins with battery replacement. A 9-volt battery is needed to operate all Hampton Bay ceiling fan remotes.

Check the light switch used for the ceiling fan. The light switch found on the wall must be in the "on" position. This allows the ceiling fan to be operated by remote control

Re-program your remote. If battery replacement fails to get your remote working again, try to reprogram the remote. Open the battery cover you will see 4 dip switches. These switches must be set to the same position as the receiver on the fan. Use the screw driver to move the dip switches either up or down.

Follow the previous step to change the frequency if the ceiling fan is randomly turning on or off. Other electronic devices such as garage door openers can interfere with the ceiling fans receiver, causing it to randomly turn on or off.

Have hampton bay add on remote control kit on patio ceiling fan. Battery died in the remote, so kid turned fan off with pull chain. replced battery, now cant get fan to work on any pull chain settings....

The pull switch in the fan may be broken in the off position. Luckily these are easy to replace. Purchase a new switch. Obtain a wire stripper and phillips screwdriver. Lower the light (if installed) or the blank by removing the screws. Disconnect light if installed. Unscrew nurled knob on fan switch and remove switch. Make note of where the wires go, I take a picture with my cell phone. Cut wires off as close to the old switch as you can. Strip about 1/4 to 3/8 inch of the insulation off the end with the wire stripper. Insert into the appropriate hole in the switch. Nothing to tighten to lock down here, it will hold it. Reinstall switch and light and test for proper operation.

The remote for the master bedroom is controlling two rooms at once, how do I change the code on the fan.

You need to remove the faceplate that covers the remote sensor on the fan - this is likely to be at the very top, closest to the ceiling. You should find a small 'box' that will probably have two or three switches that can be placed in one of two positions. For example 000, 100, 010, 011 etc. Just change one of the switches to another position and that will then be a different code to the one set on your remote.

If you want to operate the fan that you have just change you will need another remote wit the same code that you have just set.

Need instruction page for the Hunter light/fan remote control

There is a battery in the hand held remote and another battery in the receiver which gets tucked into the ceiling mount cover. Remove the ceiling cover and you will see the battery there, usually a 12 volt battery.

The upp/down slide is a dimmer.

In the event that changing the batteries doesn't solve your problems, Hunter makes replacement remote sets, available at Home Depot, lowes, etc and usually around twenty dollars.
