Washer won t fill water

pipes maybe clear but is your area wher you live prone to limescaling? where the water pipe/pipes go into the machine there is a switch to shut on/off the flow of water during whatever cycle you want.this might be blocked or sticking. first try to select different cycles and see if any of those fills the machine with water. if no water comes its one of two things. that switch is faulty or communication between the switch and the front consule is at fault.
contact your supplier after trying to go thru a few different cycles.

Just had the same problem last night; I took off the back and noticed that the 'shock absorber' was broken. http://www.partstore.com/Part/Electrolux/Frigidaire/fwt449gfs1/Electrolux/Frigidaire/134564200/New.aspx

Not sure if the same part is broken on yours.

Spin/rinse cycle quits

it may be an intermittent door lock switch. i believe on your model when you remove the front access panel you will find a pair of wires in a plug with nothing attached to them on the r/h side where the wire harness runs. when you are in the spin cycle, check with a multimeter for 0 volts across the 2 wires. if you are showing 120 volts, then your door lock is bad. if yours has never been changed it actually has been updated to a new style. costs about $120.00 for the part. instructions should come with revised part
