If you have compression then the first thing you check is for spark. If you have spark then you move on to the fuel system. You will have to pull off hoses at a couple of points to see if gas is at the carb and further along. If it is the carb then a simple carb kit will work.

The "milky solution" could be oil that's been contaminated with water. You may have a bad seal within the pump, allowing water to mix with the oil...

I don't know what brand it is, but in general the hoses can be replaced. There are fittings and hoses available. the fitting for most PW's are interchangeable. try looking at stuff here. do not use different springs

sounds like valves in head have failed and need to be replaced, that is where I would start looking first.

I would check the air cleaner!

Most liekly the presure switch.. Might needs cleaning.. Some have adjustments..
Or might need to be replaced..

take off the front lower panel approximately 4 inches wide and on the right hand side you should see a box with a cover on it. Or looking from the right side follow the wires from the motor you should be able to find where it goes
