How do i go about sync my carborators on a suzuki rf600r 1995

Hi on top of the carbs there is four small spurs blanked off with rubber caps fit the gauges here. Start the bike and check. to adjust there is three screws Ruth springs under them on the throttle shaft. Adjust as required. Remember the carb with the cable is not adjustable. You need to get the other three to synchronise with this one.

I have cleaned out the carborator on a 179 cc powermore engine but the engine still surges. is the problem other than the carborator?

Ther is usually a spring on the governor linkage. Make sure this is attached. If it is, clean the carb out again, use compressed air and a good cleaner like gum cutter. Also there are usually brass jets inside the carb. These need to come out to be able to clean properly. It might take a special screwdriver from snap in to get these out, or use a regular screwdriver and grind off the sides so it will fit in. It takes just the right screwdriver to do this or you will strip the soft brass out. I used to work in a small engine shop. Sometimes it takes multiple tries to get a carb clean, but persistence pays. Also, try smoking the carb in carb cleaner over night.

Fuel fails to reach carb and prevents starting

Clean the fuel sock on the pump and connect a pressure line or air compressor to the fuel lines to blow out the clogged lines if that don't work then clean the jets to the carborator

No fuel getting through to engine yamaha aerox

You are going to want to know if yours is fuel injected or carborated. I am pretty fairly certain it has a carb. So you are going to want to go to your gastank and follow the hose to your carborator. There is probably a spring clamp on the hose so take that off shut off your fuel valve. Now take the hose off and put the hose over something you can put gas in and turn on the fuel shut off valve. If gas comes out freely then its your carb if it doesnt its your shut off valve and quite probably you carb. You will then just need to clean them thoughlly and check them again after you get them back together . if it is the shut off valve check it again first before you rip the carb apart. if its fuel injected which i dont think it is email and i will walk you through that.

How to remove & internally clean the carborator from a husqvarna model 350 chainsaw

Remove the top cover, twist and remove the air filter, there is a small spring that retains the throttle rod at the carb spindle, carefuuly unhook this, it also acts as the throttle sprindle return spring, depress the throttle trigger, hold the throttle spindle open with your finger and let the trigger go, you should now be able to lift the throttle push rod up and out of the spindle, pull the throttle rod away with the rubber boot attached, pull the earth return and cut out wire away from there terminals, unhook the air filter housing from the rubber straps, lift the carb up and use a 4mm allen key to remove the two retaining screws, pull the fiel hose off and remove the carb from the saw.
The pump side of the carb is an alloy plate held with a single screw, under here you will find a gasket and a pump diaphram, in that order, once removed you will find the main fuel filter, clean or replace, the metering side is a chrome plate held with four screws, you will find a diaphram and a gasket, in that order, once removed you will see the inlet needle and metering lever.
