Error 5100 means that the cartridge can not be detected by the printer.
Actually the printer is not actually loading the cartridge and showing you the error 5100.

No....for 5100 error.. it cannot be solved.
This is same thing as e5 error.
The only way u can get out is getting new cartridge.
