Hi this is very simple if u don't have the CD then u can download ur copy of windows by visiting the site www.kickasstorrents.com and as soon as the site opens in the search tab type ur OS name for e.x.windows XP professional or windows XP home basic if u don't know ur OS simply install a fresh copy of windows u can do it via a pen drive
step 1.as u have mentioned already that u don't have the CD so u can try another step as soon as u switch on ur PC simply press F8 at the very beginning when u see the logo of INTEL or ur MONITOR LOGO and u will see a list emerging in which u have start windows normally or load windows using drivers something of that kind in the very list u will find an option saying start windows with the most recent settings that worked simply choose that worked and start ur windows this will surely start ur windows and using the pen drive u can install a fresh copy of windows from the site i have given u to download and also u can repair ur current version of windows was this useful if yes pls rate my solution
NOTE:when u download any copy be sure u see the ratings given by the users and also make sure that u install utorrent software before u begin the download
with warm regards -bonefirediv

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hi,

It appears the .Hal file is missing or corrupted. You can restore the computer back to factory default,to do so, follow the below steps: Turn OFF the computer, now as soon as you hit the power button, keep on holding "Alt" key & keep on tapping "F10" key, i.e Alt+f10, it will open the recovery console, select full factory restore and follow onscreen instruction. NOTE: This will erase all the datas on the computer.

Thanks & regards,
