Question about Polaroid 3211TLXB 32 in. LCD Television

1 Answer

My Polaroid 3211 is a few years old. The screen went blank but the sound is fine. Still have a blue light when powered on. There is a faint blue tint around the edges so I know the screen isn't totally black. Any suggestions?

Picture went black

The backlight inverter board may have gone out, or the power supply for the inverter may have gone out. If it is two years old, you should look at the power supply first for bad capacitors.
