RCA HDTV Monitor when I turn it on It makes a beep sound and will turn off

    I have the same problem you pushh the on button or use the remote and it blinks and acts like it is trying to come on, about three times then it doesnt do anything else. i hear it clicking in there when i get up close, while it is trying to come on

    that model has had consistant problems with bad flybacks. I would assume that the flyback is whats giving you the proble. as well. You can get a replacment flyback at the following link with free online support to help you install it. you need flyback 259296. heres the link

Lately, my RCA HDTV monitor has been shutting off


Probably bad capacitors on the power supply board. There are about four that should be replaced all at once. The to of the capacitors will be "puckered" or bulged out. They are located toward the front of the power supply.

RCA D52W19B makes high pitched buzz when on


Sounds like a coil is vibrating or a component is bad causing the transformer to whine. Could possibly just need soldering.

I HAVE A RCA HDTV SCENIEM AND IT DOES NOT HAVE A PICTURE OR SOUND TURN IT ON AND THE LIGHT LITES BUT THATS IT CAN YOU HELP


try changeing the input selector if you have a dvd player put it in turn it on and play it then run threw the menu also make sure you have not changed the channles it recives the signal on like 3 or 4

RCA D52W20 Power Light Turns On/Off with a Sound


If set makes a squealing sound you have something shorted in hori M/B hori output Transistor NTE2324 also CK second ribbon make sure it is in good/making correct connections. On capacitors IF cp150 2200uf 16v is puffed up on top replace all 3 caps.

TV making high pitch sound


Hi, There are usually 1 or 2 fans inside the TV's. Could be worn bearings, or fan blade interference. Sorry, without my electric ear working, I can only guess.

Tv don't turn on


This set has problems with ribbon cable coming from front panel to ssb board. Check to make sure seated properly. For more info ctechnicians.com
